From Young Hands to Old Palates: The Flavours of Worli Koliwada.
The Ansh x RPG Foundation collaboration, "From Young Hands to Old Palates: The Flavours of Worli Koliwada," is a project rooted in the CSR initiatives of the RPG Foundation and CEAT. This partnership, which also includes The Heritage Government and the Maharashtra government, resulted in a book that aims to bridge generations through the culinary traditions of Worli Koliwada. The RPG Group, a diverse Indian conglomerate with a global presence, spearheaded this effort.
As the designer on this project, my goal was to transform a serious corporate theme into an accessible and engaging book. I developed a simple and vibrant visual strategy, focusing on lively colors and readable fonts to make the content easy to digest for all audiences. My responsibilities included in-depth research on design elements, creating a cohesive image strategy, and developing the book's overall brand. I also provided print assistance and prepared CMYK and Pantone-ready files to ensure a high-quality final product. The book is now printed and available for purchase on Amazon.
